Pumps and valves along pipeline are modulated according to several temperature and humidity readings by SCADA system.
Each lab requested to have individual TV (50“) to display temperature and humidity.
Solution
PLC with digital, analog and RTD I/Os installed at intermediate heat exchanger rooms. Signal from pumps, valves, RTDs transmitters hard wired to I/Os.
Valves modulated via PID function block. The reference/ target point alternates between temperature and humidity reading depend on situation.
Reading of RTDs are re-transmitted to SCADA via the built in ethernet port, Modbus TCP for data logging purpose.

Task
The chilled water from a shopping mall HVAC system is to be used to provide cooling energy to four adjacent office blocks.
Additional pumps added to draw chilled water from existing pipeline to two intermediate heat exchanger plants, and circulate secondary chilled water from these plants to distribution pipeline of each office block.

Task
The tea extractor from a well known manufacturer having problem with unstable process control. This caused the production process is slow.
Solution
Design with new control system come with stainless steel panel and components.
Customer requested Mechanical to modified and installed new temperature and pressure transmitter (0-10V) connected to Siemens S7-1200 PLC and display to Vipa HMI.
With the control, customer able to view the actual values (real value) and set the set point from HMI.
The system run in sequence with control the steam inlet, water inlet and process timing.
The system also provided safety interlock for door to open during processing.
